Opening Reception, Tuesday, July 17, 19:00 – 21:00: The DH 2012 welcoming reception will follow the plenary opening session of the conference and will be held in the historical Main Building Foyer. Drinks will be served – please join us for a “meet and greet”!
Reception sponsored by Google Inc, Wednesday, July 18, 17:30 – 19:00: The second reception will also take place in the Main Building Foyer. (Theme to be announced.)
Senate Reception, Thursday, July 19, 18:15 – 19:30: This is the official welcome address by Hamburg’s Senator for Science and Research at the City Hall, one of the town’s famous historical buildings. Bus transfer from the conference site to the City Hall will be available. Buses leave directly after the last sessions at the Shell Gas Station near the Main Building at 17:45. Our team will guide you there.
Following the Senate reception our buses will take you to the Conference Banquet, or back to Campus if you don’t want to join the banquet (we’ll miss you there!)
